I’m a community herbalist learning through folk traditions, mentorship, and a lot of personal, place-based experimentation. What you’ll find here is a reflection of that — unfinished, alive, and growing.
The simple (yet mysterious) fact the we live in a body — and can’t separate from it — has always meant, for me, that having a body is profoundly important. Many spiritual traditions honor the body as sacred and whole, like the Christian belief that Jesus ascended to heaven in his physical body. Herbalism invites us to embrace our embodied selves, to listen, care for, and learn from our bodies as part of the natural world.

I prepare small batches of hand-made herbal remedies, most of which are gathered with gratitude at my home in North Georgia. Here's what I currently have available to share. Please reach out if you're interested for yourself or for a client if you are a fellow herbalist.
Note that tinctures are extracted with vodka unless otherwise noted. Alcohol-free preparations such as oxymels (vinegar-based) or glycerites (glycerine-based) can be made upon request when they are not otherwise available.
Herbalism is the lush terrain between food and medicine — a slower, more subtle place where nourishment settles deeply, and quiet, steady support can maintain or restore harmony.
I offer herbal consultations/education focused on gentle, well-researched support. Most of my work happens behind the scenes — I read, reflect, and synthesize what may be helpful for your situation.
Quick questions are always welcome via email or text, but for more involved concerns, we’ll start with a simple intake form. After I review it, we’ll schedule a conversation (30–45 minutes). From there, I’ll share initial suggestions and we will go from there. ♡
